Yes! Our expert designers manually convert your standard 2D flat photographs into fully detailed 3D models. Background elements are professionally cropped out so that only the beautiful portraits of your family, couple, pet, or memorial subject are highlighted inside the crystal.

Since these are highly customized luxury art pieces, we do not require automatic up-front checkout. Once you submit an order inquiry form, our engraver reviews your files and draft layout. We will connect with you via Phone or Email to send a digital proof and securely arrange payment (via credit card, bank transfer, or electronic link) before engraving.

Once you approve the digital 3D proof and confirm payment, precision laser engraving takes 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes an additional 2-4 business days depending on your location. We will provide a tracking number as soon as your custom crystal leaves our workshop.
